What this course covers
- Foundational first aid principles and legal and ethical considerations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR techniques

Why does my workplace need trained first aiders?
The General Safety Regulations require employers to provide first aid resources and, where numbers require it, trained first aiders. This course prepares appointed first aiders for that role.
Does the course cover CPR?
Yes. It covers Basic Life Support and CPR along with the management of common workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
